House keeping excellent room spotless and quiet pool ?room for improvement but not bad gym adequate
Breakfast well ok i say begrudgingly guests had to constantly badger the abundant staff to refill the buffet bins tearing them away from their phone screens bread basket always empty coffee mackine kaput ditto toaster desk staff mixed 50% friendly 50 well we will leave it at that pool murkey wouldn't see the bottom and hazardous

Room were clean but out dated. The shower water smell like sewage. I book tour with them over price. No tour guide just some one take u to spots and rush u. Do not take tours with hotel. No Restaurants. Breakfast is basic.

When we first arrived the air conditioning was not cooling down the room, so we had to use bandaids to fix it. The breakfast was basic and the pool was a little inaccessible, with hot steps leading into the pool. Overall, the room was fine. Be warned, though, they charge you if you lose your key or ruin anything in the room!

The staff are nice.
But the breakfast is not so good…I liked it when they put out the sticky rice! That was really good. And the coffee is really good too!

Great hotel in the heart of Vientiane. Short distance walk to night markets, restaurants, supermarket, and Mekong river front. Family room was spacious and loved the balcony during the mornings. Nice added touch with the breakfast in the morning with a variety of Asian dishes as well as western breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful with a smile. The only downfall was the hot water pressure in the shower where it either gets too hot or too cold and some minor renovation required in the rooms. But very comfortable and great location. Would highly recommend this hotel for families.

A lovely clean, comfortable hotel but let down by disappointing service:
- I reported 4 easily-remedied faults with the room (safe, wash basin plug, bath plug, toilet flush) but none were addressed during my stay
- There was no room service even though the literature in the room advises to simply ask at reception
- There were no scales available to weigh luggage before departure to the airport.
- Transfers to and from the airport and railway stations were extortionate.
