Property and staff were very good. One concern was that the music from a bar or karaoke in the property was very loud late into the night. Unacceptable!

Close location to everything, convenient, good security gated in with 24 hours guards, walking distance to mekong river for sunset view, and the evening street food vending scene. Service is impeccable, room is very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is good, the room is spacious, the bathroom is okay, but the only thing is that there is no Chid Una (Ass). The hotel is close to many places to stay.
