The hotel is beautiful with modern conveniences. The staff was very warm and friendly. The building is near the outskirts of Luang Prabang but the hotel has a complimentary taxi service to take clients to the night market and other destinations within the city. The breakfast is quite good. There is a restaurant with a diverse menu as well as a cafe serving drinks and pastries. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I return to the city.

Our stay of 8 nights was amazing. One of the best hotels we have been in South East Asia. The rooms are well furnished and confortable. The staff is kind and pro active. Breakfasts are very good and the restaurant has a superb choice of excellent dishes - congratulations to the French chef Jérémie Muller for his good work. We also enjoyed very much the nice pool and spa. We shall return for sure.

This was the worst property I have ever stayed at!. It appeared to be abandoned when we pulled in to the parking lot. The rooms were run down, the entire facility was in very poor condition. PLEASE AVOID THIS PRORTY.
SHAME ON EXPEDIA FOR OFFERING THIS IN ITS PORTFOLIO!
