I had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The excellent service and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room. The water in the shower was yellow and also all water in the bathroom was contaminated/yellowy. We got skin rashes and allergies due to the contamination. The bathroom vanity light was burned. The toilet does not flush until 3 times of pressing the flushing button. Also, the shower water is always leaking outside of the shower. Housekeeping is not as clean too. Moreover, I asked the reception for an iron and the next day when I came to use in hurry for my outfit, I come to find that it does not work at all. The wifi was very weak and lagging most of the time and also doesn't on the balcony. The balcony glass was broken. Also the room key cards kept not working and getting deactivated and we would have to keep going up and down to reception multiple times.

The roof was leaking, tried to have a shower the water was on all floor, the carpet is disgusting, i called them for the water leak and to bring sheets, they ignored the leak and sent towels, i was completely disappointed.
