We were given a handicap room instead of normal room (we are not handicap). The towels were too thin and there were not hand towels except the last day. Also the breakfast was not of the highest of standards. There is much to say about this hotel that is good. Excellent location, modern and clean. Helpful staff. My guess is that most guest don't run into the problems we did.

The hotel is great and in a perfect location. The staff are very helpful and the room was exceptionally clean. The only flaw is that the air con minimum temperature is 19C which we found too hot. We asked at reception but it could not be turned down or turned off. We could open the window, but the air con was still on - also not very eco friendly. The heat impacted our sleep. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

Right in center, 2mins walk to airport bus, great idea, 10mins to old town, rooms were large, I had a sauna and gym on my floor, great views and overall 9/10. The only reason I did not give 10/10 as I could see the coffee machine and gym needs a bit more love and cleaning but overall no issues. Highly recommend this hotel. They even gave me a 2pm check out free of cost.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Professional and friendly staff, rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds and other amenities. The only downside for me was the noise outside from people outside on a Friday night. This might be different if on the other side of the hotel. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

This was a very positive experience for us! Reception staff greeted us warmly and explained everything to us. Room was absolutely spotless and really spacious! Breakfast was amazing with too many different options! Also the breakfast room was so nice with a view to one of the most popular streets of Vilnius! All and all, we absolutely enjoyed our stay!!
