Passes to access the waterpark (Grand Resort Deck) are provided based on the number of paying guests per room. Additional guests must purchase day passes to access the waterpark. According to Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration. If the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.
