Reception staff are helpful. Vic's restaurant food is good. Restaurant staff Rachelle is friendly and very helpful. We enjoy our stay and the hotel stay. We'll be back if in Macau again. Breakfast is at Harbourview Hotel pretty nice spread of food. All are good except limited transport.

The hotel is a great Boutique property that is a totally different experience than the big hotel plus casino chains that are on the Island. It would be better when the renovations around it in Fisherman's Warf are completed.

Macau has lost many of its traditional hotels, eg the Bela Vista, Pousada de Sao Tiago etc. Although named after The Rocks in Sydney and opened more recently, the Rocks Hotel still affords a lifestyle in more genteel Portuguese times and it has an excellent restaurant, Vic's. Some high-powered private meetings were taking place here during our stay. Good for business and nostalgia, casinos a walk away.

The check in process is very efficient and no need to wait. The reception team is very nice and helpful providing my wife, who injured her foot near Macau ferry termial, with useful medical information, ice and wheelchair. My special thanks to Michelle whose heart-felt help and assistances are most impressive.
Hotel environment is pleasant and quiet at side of seashore, but with many restaurants and amenities nearby. It is a right choice for enjoying a relaxing holiday. I will come back next time.

Only 1 sets of amenity in room for 2 ppl stay. So I requested Housekeeping to bring 1 more sets of amenity. And, there is no USB charge plug.It may because the facility may a bit outdated.It is better to prepare USB plug at Housekeeping so that guests may stay more comfortable.
Although it was City view, can see the bridge and see from balcony so enough satisfied. The most comfortable things are very silent and calm environment.

The Suite is so big and my son was so happy to play hide and seek there. Comfortable bed (not too soft that made one fall), clean room but the furniture are a bit torn.
