Incredible hotel. The service I received couldn't be faulted. My room was impeccably clean, huge, with a great view of the lake and infinity pool. The hotel is a minute walk from public transport, shopping and casinos. The staff were great, really accommodating and I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. Great restaurants and culture just down the road. The infinity pool was great too.

Everything was fantastic, bed was so comfortable but i can't imagine why check out took 45 min. I have to approach someone to facilitate. All the filipino attendants are very attentive and helpful.

There is no a clock around the swimming pool and sauna area, can not see what time during. The shuttle bus only take us to the Venetian casino, but not take people back to th Yoho hotel. This is a fooling action. We very disappointed stay in Yoho hotel

the hallway is full of smell from smoking, I reserved a non smoking room, end up the bathroom stings with smoking, even though the housekeepers tried to spray to cover the smell, but didn't work.
Don't make reservation of this hotel if you are not a smoker,

This is a brand new hotel and everything was quite new. Since it’s very new there isn’t much to see and do on the property. The infinity pool is very nice.
The only complain I have is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything you next door neighbor is saying

This property isn’t officially open yet but already it’s a great place to stay. Not uncomfortably posh as the other hotels in the casino area, but very high-quality, and with extremely friendly and supportive staff. The infinity pool is gorgeous! When the shopping mall is open and the final touches are put on the facilities, it will be a great option in a central location in Macau.

Hotel service and facilities are good. However, the breakfast buffet is pricy and food quality is just 3-star hotel standard. Moreover, they put all the dishes and cups under the table so guests need to kneel down to get them all the time.
