Although it's far from the city center, it's a very pleasant place, especially since I came here just to swim in the Jacuzzi pods. The facilities are complete and luxurious, and the price is relatively affordable.

The apartment manager asked for a deposit but did not support online payment. The water system was very bad, on 17/10/2025, I had to stay up until 2am waiting for them to fix the hot water system. The pressure was very bad. They fixed it but it did not improve. I rate it minus -5

The customer service so attentive and thoughtful. The location was really convenient and close to Mitec. I was having exhibition and brought my family to staycation simultaneously. The instructions are clear and it is a perfect short gateway location in the middle of Mont Kiara. In terms of accessibility, it is really accessible by AirAsia ride that offer cheaper fare in this area. The unit also very accomodating but appreciate if they could add on a hook behind every door, add on the amount of dustbin, refurbish the sofa because its not cushioned anymore on the sitting area and maybe can add on facilities like water dispenser (the cheap one also will do). Other than that, all good and will definitely come again.

First experience of "self service" check in by taking the key in the safe box yourself, checkout also returning the key to the safe box. Although there was no officer accompanying, CS from WhatsApp gave a good explanation. The room is clean, comfortable, all facilities can be enjoyed for free. There are 2 pools too.
