The location are good and very convenient. Near to monorail station, walking distance to Lalaport. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There is some issue before check out. My door access was unable to function/open the door 45 mins prior the actual check out time. The issue fixed after I approached to lobby for 2 times only. Otherwise, overall experience are good.

I have stayed here many times every time I come to Malaysia… everything was ok until this time I booked a 99m2 room with 1 king bed and 2 single beds the aircon in the king bed room was not working and both nights I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot. I reported to check out many times but still the same… very bad until 4am I couldn’t stand the heat so I made a big fuss with the hotel… even though the hotel gave me another room but it was meaningless…

1. The housekeepers who visited our room ddin't show any hospitality at all. 2. Bad services during the check out process, We've waited for the trolley more than 45 minutes, but the trolley *never came*, so we had to take all of the luggages by our self to the lobby floor (7 luggages + 6 boxes of zamzam water) plus 1 elderly in wheelchair.
