Bed condition is not so good. Sinking down at Center. Corridor got rework on ceiling and wall. Very unpleasant. Reception is nice when we tell them we drive. Parking until we check out. Toilet bowl never clean properly.

Not too bad. Just the level - the hygiene of the toilet especially the rubber pipe is very sad. - The room also smells when you don't open the air conditioner. Room ventilation 103 is missing. Everything else is ok.

Everything is well organised , but the only one thing which bother me is the small pillow ( two pieces) in my room which actually hv a really bad smell like never been wash . Really irritating since I have to breath with the smelly odor and the whole room is fully occupied with that pillow smell .

1st time visit rock chisel. take the bus. Rate Hotel is expensive because there are no elevators, up the stairs. Security card to get into the passage way to the room, no table layout items, a selection of TV channels, aircond very noisy sound of broken, no free mineral water in the room, telephone room was broken, the staff will wither woman 2.30pm for any info, harming guests, he said the hotel next door was closed Monday. so in the evening until evening I go out to eat a bit and grab a bite. sometimes 9pm I went back to the hotel. The restaurant is open. I lost my weight and grabbed a bite to eat away

It's a disgusting situation, the last year i've been a week in here, ive told d the managemant to change the bedshit already, but she just told me, they already changed it, and they said they change it everyday, and after a year later , the same situation comes again, I just told them but the seem just smile and go, my purpose said it here, its just to alert the managent, even though the is budget hotel, the services must be clean, not just new, and for the rest, its up to them to change or just let it be, for the other customer, bear in mind, the picture of the hotel is just an advertisment only..

The room was dirty especially the floor. The blanket had some stains as if it was never washed. The bathroom got mold everywhere. My first and last stay there.

I do get a room without window and the receptionist (she) said that this room is intended for online booking. But this condition doesn’t mention in page either. I want to change to other room since there are not fully booked, (I think) 🤔. But she insisted to get me other room as I wish. I dislike room without window since the room will be smelly and more dust than rooms with windows as there will no sunshine directly to the room. I also dislike the bath mat because they’re using mat, not a small towel. I feel like they not changing it daily once the guest check out.
