Stay in cozy queen. Self check in machine. Spend at least 10mm to get it done then pay a rm50 deposit to the machine. Upon entering room have a stale smell. Toilet exhaust fan not working. Another room also same not working. No slippers. Quite noisy start 8am as restaurant push trolleys around below the alley way.

The place is clean, nice, close to everywhere, it's just a shame the lift is broken, recommended, for those going to Sunway Hospital, it's better to use Grab, at most 5 rm

Location is ok. View from the room is ok, medium room size, large window so it doesn't smell stuffy. Soft bed can get four pillows, for comfortable sleep. It's just that the sound is not very soundproof, in the morning the cleaning room staff is very noisy like to slam the door of the next room that is being cleaned, the owner or hotel manager should pay more attention to it such as providing training to be better for the cleaning staff. The water in the shower is not strong enough. The receptionist is good & very helpful.

According to its cheap price, the mall view is nice for bedroom lighting, hot and cold water is provided, cold air conditioning, there is a water heater, a small refrigerator, pillows get 4 pcs, TV can only watch YouTube. Fast wifi. The location is right in front of the pyramid hotel mall, the distance to the sunway medical center is only 10 minutes walk.
