First day, the staff give me a wrong room without window and the room is very smelly. I ask to change room but the staff said that he cannot confirm my booking. Secondary day, there have a electricity problem and the staff is not responsible well. In a word, the service and the facilities are not correspond with 3 star hotel.

The room smells bad. Towel is old and have some funny odour. The Bed, you are like sleeping on a spring. Had back pain the next day. The blanket is rough and not comfortable. Overall, definitely not a return customer.

Don't have extra aircond remote. Need to turn on the aircond then return the remote to the counter. Have bug and insect in the bathroom. Bathroom in very bad condition. Towel very smelly.
