Wonderful! I had a great 3-night stay at the hotel. I appreciated the great service and modern facilities with a great view of KL's vibrant KLCC district. The hotel is walking distance to the Suria mall. The food was very good and I got a complimentary room upgrade. All facilities are spacious and spotless. Thank you Element hotel staff!

The hotel is very clean with impressive views from each room as the rooms are located on the 41st floor and above. Excellent service and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Lastly, the location is great.

The hotel was spotless, reception staff were so very helpful and the breakfast service was excellent too. Particular shout out to the young chap who was on the cooked roti stand. Mas delicious banana goodies and was really friendly. The only thing that slightly let down the hotel was the evening service. The food was good it was just the service could have been more attentive but overall enjoyed our stay here.
