I did their lunch buffet which supposedly specializes for Xmas season. Everything was cold ended up not eating but was still charged 48RM very disappointed since this was my 4 the time booking with this property and itโll definitely be my last

The room itself was very good, comfortable bed and well laid out shower alcove. The view from the window was of a run down building, presumably previously a hotel which has given up the ghost. Check-in service CAN and SHOULD be better, with receptionist not keeping an eye on the line and letting people sneak in randomly and get their requests handled ahead of others. Description of property indicated parking availability but on arrival was told that spaces available are on a first come first served basis, which meant I had to park on the street with the possibility of being fined or towed. Breakfast buffet that was paid for CAN and SHOULD be better. The warm dishes were lukewarm. Pastries were cold (as though taken out of freezer and thawed just before placing on table) and hard, should have been kept under a warming element or lamp.
