The room is clean and new. It is nearby to the malls..Giant, Aeon etc which you can easily hang out and get foods. Staff are very helpful. Got space for parking and its safe with RM50 (refundable) access card given by hotel. Very recommended!

I couldn't use the tv because got no channel at all. And it was quite confusing to find my room because it didn't mention the floor and they were different blocks. The room was quite noise and it came from everywhere especially when people walk infront of the room and weird noise from the next room (hopefully there were someone in that room)

Reception rude by not allowed to check in after 10 oclock. And the worst thing cant speak malay or english proper. No wifi, no towel, no soap. Will never stay in this crap hotel ever again

Stayed during my work nearby. Great customer service, very helpful. Gated parking area, for a single lady I do worry about my safety at night. The room is quite spacious for a single person. Ample leg room =)

We have stay at ground floor for one night. The single room smelly (smelled cigarette) ,the bed sheet is dirty , and I cannot sleep because too much noisy from outside(can hear clearly people chat) . Others such as service was ok. Hope to improve as i'm a loyal customer😊
