Had stayed in CIQ hotel previously. Seems quite standardized. No comment on this part as the price is very, very reasonable.

The room was clean, albeit small. I was surprised to find it in the basement, but the air conditioning and room remained cool. Amenities and guest supplies were refilled daily. Complimentary mineral water was provided upon check-out. Overall, it was clean and well-maintained.

The location is very strategic, so you won't have to worry about getting anywhere. The room is quite small for the price, but everything works well and it's very clean.

Our first impression wasn't the best, but everything changed thanks to Mr. Jimmy at the reception. He was warm, polite, and genuinely caring. He even asked if I had managed to get my refund from the Airbnb booking that I had cancelled, which I really appreciated. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents, he kindly expedited our check-in so they could rest as soon as possible. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Although we only stayed for one night, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, with the charm of a traditional old Chinese/Nyonya-style house on the outside and a lovely, elegant interior. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Jimmy for his outstanding hospitality. He made our stay comfortable and memorable, and we would be happy to return.

The staff is very nice, helpful, and access to JB Sentral is just walking distance.

i arrived at midnight and was greeted a warm welcome from the staff! as i stayed there for a few nights, they also would ask whether we want our room to be cleaned. everyone there are friendly and also very helpful!

The room is not soundproof, the view from the window of room 210 is very bad, the TV is hard to use, there are no tissues in the room except for toilet tissue rolls.

When we checked in, the smell of the previous customer was so strong that we went out first to be cleaned. Our room was not tidied up when we went out, soap, water was not prepared and I had to ask for it first at the reception. I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall, we had a nice experience here. However, it was quite hard for us to find a parking spot for our car, but eventually we found one.

This is my 3rd time staying. 1st and 2nd times room condition are acceptable. But for 3rd time, the room and toilet extremely dirty. Floor sticky, cup stains on small table, hair on floor, toilet basin curry stains, toilet tiles with algae and black mole. Bed frame shaking.
