The room is spacious but cleanliness is the main issue. There's a used condom inside the bathroom and dust around the mattress headboard. Single bed mattress is way too uncomfortable and hard, feels as if we're sleeping on a spring and also noise from the road.

The premise looks secluded at first, but the interior is really clean. The room I chose came with 2 towels, a TV remote (no channels though), and air conditioning. The space of the room is enough to fit around 5-6 people, and the bathroom is also very spacious. No complaints for its price point.

The location of hotel is good, near with memory lane, and you can walk to night market ipoh. The room is quiet big even I choose standard room and toilet also have big space. Thank you for the services and the receptionist also give recommendation about place to go in Ipoh. Thank you.

The furniture was worn out, table and sofa needed fixing, or replacing. Wall fan not working. Saving grace, only the beds were in acceptable condition.
