The room is clean and big, we took the deluxe one for our family 4 people, 2 adult and 2 kids, the location was great, easy to go anywhere by walking and very near to the bus station and easy to get food around the hotel area, breakfast was good.

Great view, easy access. Came to stay for a cardio health check up at Island Hospital (by grab around 6-10 rm). The breakfast food not many options and mostly carbs, the real protein is scrambled eggs. A few restaurant options around walking distance. Very clean rooms, have wifi, very very cold ac, bathtub, but no shampoo/toothbrush+toothpaste/soap so bring your own or by from next door. 100RM deposit (will be given back when checkout).

The room was actually quite comfortable, but the cleanliness really needs to be improved. Some of the pillows smelled bad, and the cleaning and housekeeping service were unprofessional. I asked for a bathroom mat because they hadn't been provided for several days. Instead, they gave me a bath towel to replace it.
