good staff.. but toilet a bit dirty got black spot at flor and toilet seat + toilet bowl..

The room is super narrow, but the room is complete, there is a kettle, coffee maker, iron, everything, thank you. Hopefully the existing ones will be maintained.

I had a great stay at Hotel Regal Vista Ipoh from June 14-16, 2025. The hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend it!

the staffs are friendly and they allow me to put my bags at the receptionist. the room is good, the room has iron, hair dryer, water heater, kettle (and toiletries so well). the location is near concubine lane as well so i can walk to go there.

Overall, it's a good stay at this hotel. Needs some maintenance. Cleanliness is good. A good bargain for its facilities.

Currently (Feb - June 2025) I preferred staying in this Ipoh hotel for its city location, free basement car park, cleaniness, utilities offered in the room like available iron/ironing board, basic bathroom amenities, hotwater kettle, comfortable 300mm thick mattress that support the spine well, functionable bathroom, operatable toilet bowl with acceptable water pressure, door with safety double lock, functionable clean lift, with 8 tv channels, affordable acceptable room size with windows (must request) and good location short walking distance to shopping mall, foot massage shops, food eateries restaurants and night walk entertainment outlets. I truely wish the new hotel owner/management will make some changes like changing fitted shower head to removable shower head for better body wash, adding astro cantonese channel and astro waltz disney channel which is popular and add more hotel activities/outlets like 24 hours mart/ restaurant offering breakfast buffet to upsell but maintain reasonable room rates. I had stayed in various levels and different rooms in this hotel with accetance of its basic comfortable room's facilities. I also stayed in the other hotel managed by the same management that is "The Regalodge hotel" which I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet, friendly staffs but needed improvement with the bed quality. I will return to stay at Rega Vista hotel in my next visit to Ipoh.

For the room is very nice and clean. The room size is not too big, but comfortable enough in my opinion. The downside is there is no 24-hour supermarket nearby, and it is difficult to find food.

Hotel basement carpark is good,safe and clean. Quiet at night, no much traffic along the road. 24 hours Mamak shop next to the hotel, good chinese chicken rice shop, reputated chinese restaurant next to the hotel, chinese karaike hawker centre behind the hotel, very good famous Malay halal fusion restaurant across the road (lubch time full house). famous Japanese restaurant "Kampai" 1 block away, near distance. Pizza hut and KFC reastaurant 1 block away. Conveinent location where near to hospital, train station, bus services, easy walking distance to night market and entertainment/dinking streets and foot massage shops. in April 2025 online booking is very affordable price. Recommended, best bargain in for accomodation in Ipoh now. Oh, my wife said she do not like the fix bath shower head which is spread too fine water that she said cannot bath well. she recommend hotel to chabge shower head to those which can be remove for better body wash. She is referring to the shower head used at Regalodge Hotel l, Ipoh whivh is operated by the same owner... I prefered the bed used at PI hotel which is thick and firm that is good for the spine. Regalodge hotel should use those bed at PI hotel. PI hotel dies not serve food. However, I really enjoyed the morning breakfast at Regalodge hotel which my wife loves too. Hope the operator will upgrade PI hotel withmore operational activities. Thank you to the owner for their generousity offer on PI hotel affordable rates. Will return and check out PI and Regalodge again. Travel safe at comfort... stay at Regalodge and PI...

This hotel has good basement free carpark for hotel guest which is good. Advise booking to request for room with window. Don't miss this advise.

Everything is pretty good. There is no tea or coffee in the room, but there is a water boiler.

Good for a layover. The room had no windows.
