The shopping mall is also next to the hotel, good for having a walk around after dinner. The staff is helpful during check-in and check-out, and the counter has many front desk staff to handle in case many customers come in for check-in.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It's in the city center, so it's very easy to look for places to eat and shops, because everything is within walking distance. There's also a bus stop which was at the front of the hotel, so it's very convenient to travel to other places.

The room was a bit lacking in cleanliness, especially the floor. There was still dust all around. On the second day, the cleaning service didn't replace my toothbrush. I didn't understand why. And I was too lazy to ask for it again. So, I just ended it. So far, it's been a good stay. At least it's connected to the mall.
