Dear Sir/Madam, This is my review of my stay from February 12 to February 13, 2025. Our stay was for my son, as that week was the last week of his school holiday. I was really surprised by how comfortable everything was, from check-in to check-out. The welcoming vibe I received was beyond my expectations. The lobby staff assisted me with everything until I arrived at my room. The room I received was super clean, and my son absolutely loved it, especially the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable and smelled fresh. He also really enjoyed the swimming pool and kids’ club. The highlight of our stay was your breakfast spread. All the food was well-prepared, with plenty of choices—I didn’t even know where to start! We tried the nasi lemak, kimbap, Indian section, omelet station, coffee, and juice. Everything tasted like it was cooked with love. Your staff was also very helpful, especially since it was just me and my son. Thank you for your hospitality. Best regards, Sheila Athirah

My stay at Zenith Hotel Putrajaya was absolutely wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the bathtub – clean, comfortable, and very well designed. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, always friendly and ready to help with any request. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location is perfect, close to Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia & Menara PJH. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting.

Pool are big, so not crowded even there are many people in house. Kids room is big too, my children happy to play there every single day we stayed. Hotel room is spacious and cosy. Perfect. 5 star.

Comfortable for family, neat and clean room.

It was our first time here and a wonderful experience! Kids love the splash pool, and we were excited to know there were more than 1 pool in this hotel. Facilities were all good and family-friendly. Kids room, etc., were all added points to this hotel. Hope to come back again in the future.
