Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

Alhamdulillah the first day of staying here, overall everything was fun. The room was clean and complete. The location is close to everywhere. The staff is nice and what we like the most is that the facilities are all still functioning well. Hopefully in the future they will continue to maintain all the facilities well.

Easy check-in and check-out process, and also strategic location close to KLCC, the road to KLCC is very close and safe and comfortable. There is also a facility to store luggage before check-in time is allowed. The location is easy to find because it is close to Crowne Plaza, eateries, there is also a Bila-Bila Mart. I recommend this hotel/apartment for bringing the family. The swimming pool is also nice and enjoyable for children. The facilities available in the room are also complete. The location is very strategic, right in front of the Kampung Baru LRT. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Twin Towers via the Saloma Link bridge. At night, there's a night market along Kampung Baru, providing plenty of food options. There's also a swimming pool with a view of the Twin Towers.
Highly recommended for a family stay when traveling to KL.

Clean room, standard amnesties. Breakfast was good as many choices available to pick. Parking is free complimentary from the hotel which is very economic for the pocket. The room is quite spacious, as seen in the pics in the internet, equipped with living room, dining room, kithen island with hob (though I didn't have time to use one), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dining cutleries, drinkable tap water, and washing+drying machine. Recommended fot those traveling with family.

I had the most pleasant experience staying here- the time flies very fast. the cleanest and the best well equipped hotel ever- two TV's and special pool for the kids. the staff also was very helpful and we got a free shuttle service to KLCC also. good experience and definitely will come again.

The feels just like in a Europe 2 star hotel. We love the room and the hotel! Very clean and spacious. Definitely recommended and will return to stay without hesitation! Value for money. Cheap doesn’t mean its old and dirty. This one is excellent!

It is easy for me to check in here and it is quite satisfied me because it is near mall which I can relax myself after meeting by watching movie. It is also near to Danau kota where I will go to whenever I check in. Basically it's cheap and give me best service. I wish I can get free membership for this year, my membership is already expired.
