Thank you, this hotel saved me from a budget hotel that always has cockroaches and noise. The room is not too big, but the hotel is clean. No cockroaches throughout the three days. The hotel lobby also provides biscuits and books downstairs for customers, a good initiative. The staff are also friendly, can be considered friendly. I like the "need me time" cards like that, which shows that the hotel really knows how to make people laugh. If I want to say a shortcoming, maybe the window glass is not so thick that sometimes it is disturbed. But, I am still grateful. Thank you to the staff who cleaned the room and suggested that I eat at Kak Zah's restaurant, take care, see you again.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, no electric kettle and hair dryer provided, but you can get your hot & cold water from the Coway dispenser. Iron area is also provided. Would recommend for short stay/emergency stay because comfortable.
