What a great and super comfy new hotel, everything is spot on from the check in till check out. A little letter welcoming you as you walked into your room which was so thoughtful 👌🏽 Hotel’s location is superb as it’s centrally located with hawker food vendors just right at your door step or few meters walk. Will definitely come back here if visiting penang 😊

Feels like home. Initially, we only booked 2 nights, so we extended it for another 2 nights because we felt at home. The location is close to everywhere, and there are also many culinary spots around. We booked 1 room with 2 rooms because we brought our parents for treatment... the room is quite spacious and comfortable. Complete equipment such as plates, cutlery... there is a refrigerator and oven too. The bathroom is also clean, and the room is also cleaned every day. Satisfied, God willing, staying here.

stayed there for 3 nights. The room was great; it was very clean, new, size wise excellent. The location is grewt a walking distance to great food places, 1.5-3 km from most touristy area. it's just a few meters away from main road, so it is quiet. Some amenities such as handsoap and hair dryer are available upon request. The staffs and cleaning service are very friendly. Goodforv value and it's highly recommended.

Always back to this hotel. Stay here many times and never get bored. The bed is so comfy and clean, located in the middle of Macalister Street, easy to find foods, ATM, drug stores, near from hospitals, etc.
