The bed is ok, the blanket is thick, I sleep comfortably, the wifi is ok, but... The tap water is slow, the room is narrow, it's hard to pray, the pillow is hard, you always see cockroaches coming in and out of bed, the toilet door is broken, the lock is stuck on, the toilet only has soap, xde shampoo, chanel tv 2 only, tv3 & didik.

There's no basic things like a coat hanger, the AC has no remote controller, got really hot at midnight till morning, and there are mosquitoes.

I was a bit disappointed because the hotel didn't tell me earlier that I wouldn't get the type of room I reserved due to their internet issue. We have to take 2 rooms instead of 1 for 4 people. however it costed us just the same price as I paid earlier, no extra charges.
