Room size was good, had a window, bathroom was clean and aircond was cold, tv only had 3 channels though.. they had fox movies which was good enough to keep your self entertained when you are in the room, food court close by, has very good food “non halal though”

1. Unnessqry charges for towel stain. Up to rm40 charged on me. 2. The towel is in the torn stage not even wort for rm 10.0 very disappointed customer service. 3. Pillow is smelly cover with pillow cover. 4. Aircondition very stuffy not cool. 5. Room door enterance key not working until report and supported with master key. Overall not wort for money.

Didn’t provide the sign of Room Service at the door. Also don’t have safety box. Thought no room service. Then just put the valuables things in the room. When back to hotel room. My room had the room service. Luckily no missing valuable things. The other one, sleep until midnight fire alarm on. Go to front desk ask, press wrong. :(
