Overall it was okay. Not much nearby but easy and fast to reach nice destinations. Good was that there was a cafe, mini market and two restaurants in front. Unfortunately, upon arrival I had a cockroach in my room (23rd floor) and overall it was not too clean. I had plenty hairs, a full garbage bin, stains on everything and dust in my room. I cleaned everything by myself but I could’ve asked the housekeeping stuff to come again. The rooftop was a big plus! The sunsets there were stunning.

So, i have stayed this one room, baru sampai dah perasan yang cadar bantal & tilam kotor also berbau macam tak pernah basuh.. i think you guys should check on you guys punya house-keeping takut ngular je. dok bising bising je kerja nya tidak. After check in, me & my friend had a skin problem like acne & itchy on our back. Pls take an action about this. I hope it will not happen again to others. I love the receptionist & all the guards were really friendly & smooth services & also have convineince store nearby & mamak! but the cleanliness of the room buat i rating camni so sorry.

The security system is good but complicated, besides that, the elevator uses a card that has to be scanned first, sometimes it is difficult to scan, resulting in the elevator taking a long time to go up.

Low season price: RM 62.50 + 10 (tax/night) + 100 (deposit). Usually, it's 50, but here the deposit is 100.
Pros:
• This is a rented apartment, not a hotel, so each room may not have the same design and furnishings.
• Close to Gleneagles Hospital (if you need to go there).
• The room isn't too big, but it's still comfortable enough to move around in, and it's fairly clean.
• My room had Wi-Fi, a TV, an iron, a hair dryer, a water heater, and a mini fridge (other rooms may not have the same).
Cons:
• There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there's one Nasi Kandar food stall downstairs. Although it's not very tasty, it's affordable.
• There's only one mall near the hotel, and it's quite a long walk. The mall is very quiet and expensive. • The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, so taxis are quite expensive.
Conclusion: Suitable if you need to go to Gleneagles Hospital. If you don't have other needs nearby, you probably won't need to stay here for long, as there isn't much to do nearby.

- quite easy to find and easy to check in, all procedures are quite easy
- the room is clean and beautiful, I am very satisfied and like it, I might come back again, with a quite ok price
- there are also amenities such as a swimming pool on the 2nd floor and a gym
- there is also a convenience store and a place to sell food and coffee below the apartment, very convenient for eating and drinking
- The TV has a Netflix account for you to watch together
- about 1.2km from the bus station
- the only disadvantage is that there is no shampoo available in the apartment, you need to prepare it yourself, the rest of the amenities are fully equipped

the apartment is clean and not noisy
noise from outside is not audible
the food under the apartment is also delicious and there is a minimarket under the apartment, complete with food and fruits and vegetables
there is also a swimming pool and a gym that can be used, basically staying here is the best

everything is very ok..many reviews say the elevator is slow while the speed is crazy and many say the room is dirty and full of wrinkles but it's ok I only got a bath towel and a veil with a dirty impression maybe it won't go away but its ok as long as it's washed..you have to buy a plastic bag because they don't give extra plastic..this is the second time booking here and it's really comfortable with their service..parking is also easy just for those who need to be close to the security guard..don't take a long time..would take a long time if they didn't know what to give and loss of communication but for me everything is ok
