I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the condition of my room, which is Room 26, 2nd Floor. The gloomy and less cheerful condition of the room has affected the comfort throughout my stay. In addition, the cleanliness of the bed is also less than satisfactory because it is not neatly prepared. More disappointing, the condition of the bathroom also raises concerns when the sink is found to be broken and not in the proper condition. I did not take a picture of the sink because I felt that the condition was too embarrassing to display, but I hope that the hotel can understand my level of disappointment with the facilities provided. In addition, the television in the room is also not working properly and only has one channel that can be watched. The television remote control also cannot be used properly. I hope that the hotel management takes all these complaints seriously and carries out regular inspections and maintenance of the room facilities, especially the aspects of cleanliness, cleanliness and safety. Comfortable, well-maintained and safe accommodation facilities are basic matters that should be given priority for the satisfaction and well-being of customers. I hope that improvement actions can be implemented immediately so that such experiences do not repeat themselves to other customers in the future.

The room comfort was disappointing, specifically due to the poor ambiance, which made it difficult to feel relaxed. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the premises to be below expectations. While the staff and location are great, the room quality and hygiene standards definitely need improvement before I would consider returning.

Very dusty everywhere...lighting in toilet broken...room very small n feel suffocated. Don't want to repeat here. Shower not water heater broken. Toilet very cramped to do your business.

It was really terribble hotel that I ever stay! This is the first and last time I choose this hotel. It was not comfortable at all. So noisy, and the sound from the outside door can hear so loud. The room space is small and difficult to pray. Water mineral water and the water dispenser. The toilet 's door damaged and can't close. We can't sleep at all!
