Everything is perfect from the beginning. Nice and helpful staff starting from the bellboy to the receptionist. The room is bigger for 2 people, like a studio unit minus the washing machine. Everything is clean. Will stay again next time.

It's an awesome premise! Very clean and neat 👍 My kids really like the bath-up and everything about the room. Very strategic location too, worth the money. 7-Eleven is just next to the hotel. Another credit for the receptionist Miss Ira, she is so nice and friendly, she gave us a room at a higher floor with a nice view of the Twin Towers. Thanks Ira!

Stay here for 1 night after joined SCKL Marathon is amazing. I was shock the room is very big! The staff also very kind. Food also nice!! Beside this hotel also have 7-11. Just walk 800 meter got Monorail Bukit Bintang to KL Sentral. Nice thank you

Easy walking distance to the pavilion mall and the rest of the shopping and restaurants. The one bedroom suite (1610) needs updated televisions from 21st century. They were very old and grainy. The toilet took forever to refill. Other than those two issues the room was very spacious and comfortable for our stay and we will definitely return for our future trip in KL.

The location is walkable and within distance to great spots in the district and there are plenty of restaurants around the facility. The staff are very friendly. The room is very clean and smells great. The furnishings in the room is very nice. Our last night of stay there was a problem with the circuit breaker in our room. The manager right away upgraded our room to a de luxe unit, no need for my wife and I to even ask. Props to the manager and staff for that. Overall the experience was great. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

While the property itself was satisfactory, the surrounding area appeared quite unkempt. Additionally, walking towards Bukit Bintang from the property was rather inconvenient due to the uphill/downhill slope, which could be challenging, especially for families or older guests. Improving accessibility and cleanliness around the location would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

We opted for this property for 1 night due to the price and access to transport to view the Petronas Towers before leaving the city. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Massive space and even the one bathroom had two separate showers! The rooftop pool is wonderful and has a terrific view in the early evening of the city skyline. Plenty of bars and restaurants immediately out the front door. We went to Tono Izakaya for a late dinner after visiting the towers by trains. Outstanding!!! Breakfast was more than continental. It was quite extensive. Just know that apartment hotels welcome MANY families and free breakfast can be a little overwhelming 😆

Thanks for hosting. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Raziman, front desk staff for his help to welcome our stay.
We checked in our luggages and walked around before the checking time and before we went to the airport to fly back home.
The hotel is central and walking distance to Jalan Alor, twin towers, KL tower, and other attractions.
Breakfast is great with varieties dishes.
I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we are in town.

stayed for 7 nights... overall experience was excellent... room, service and facilities were superb... very helpful and supporting staffs... check-in was very smooth, and check-out was super quick.... very nicely located... really enjoyed our staying... would definitely recommend.

While the property itself was satisfactory, the surrounding area appeared quite unkempt. Additionally, walking towards Bukit Bintang from the property was rather inconvenient due to the uphill/downhill slope, which could be challenging, especially for families or older guests. Improving accessibility and cleanliness around the location would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

We opted for this property for 1 night due to the price and access to transport to view the Petronas Towers before leaving the city. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Massive space and even the one bathroom had two separate showers! The rooftop pool is wonderful and has a terrific view in the early evening of the city skyline. Plenty of bars and restaurants immediately out the front door. We went to Tono Izakaya for a late dinner after visiting the towers by trains. Outstanding!!! Breakfast was more than continental. It was quite extensive. Just know that apartment hotels welcome MANY families and free breakfast can be a little overwhelming 😆

Thanks for hosting. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Raziman, front desk staff for his help to welcome our stay.
We checked in our luggages and walked around before the checking time and before we went to the airport to fly back home.
The hotel is central and walking distance to Jalan Alor, twin towers, KL tower, and other attractions.
Breakfast is great with varieties dishes.
I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we are in town.
