I booked for 3 adults with twin beds and 1 sofa bed but after arriving they said there were no twin beds and only a king size bed for 2 people and we complained why the bathroom equipment was only for 2 people and they just answered casually.

The room is very old, dusty and dirty. There’s cockroaches in the toilet. Cleaner left the cleaning detergent on the bedside table.

Everything is OK👍. Best location. Closed to sunway medical centre. And doorstep to sunway mall. The only thing that I missed is the lobby operation hours 8am to 12am. Please remember time to check in or check out. Anyway. Nice place to stay. Thanks

Kami menginap 3 malam di sini karena ada acara di Sunway Pyramid. Menyenangkan sekali karena letaknya yang tepat di atas mall, sehingga memudahkan kami untuk naik turun ke venue. Kamarnya juga luas dan bersih. Sedikit kurangnya, furniture nya sudah tua tapi terawat dengan baik. Akan menginap di sini lagi jika ke KL.

Good strategy location, but not clean in the room, kitchen, everything. I saw cockroach in the kitchen. Hotel staff not wearing mask sometime, not friendly, no solution for non function bulb and flashing bulb. Hotel bed not maintaine well, car parking not include. It's over price resort of course.
