There was no indication of where the building was, I looked around looking around, there was no clue at all. Finally I went to the mall receptionist to ask where the apartment was. Finally I got the company's WA number, I was still grateful that the service was good, but I hadn't been given any instructions on which building I should go to, until check-in time arrived at 03.00 PM, finally I asked the Security Mall for help to talk to the management by telephone, after that I was then directed to which building to go to. I thought I could check in straight away, but apparently not. We still had to wait until 3.10 PM (waiting outside the hot building with the children) after waiting 10 minutes, I tried to contact the apartment again, it turned out my room wasn't ready, another 20 minutes was added. I couldn't accept it and then got angry at the apartment (this was all done via WA, no management came down to meet me) after I got angry they were immediately given an entry access code which I thought was too complicated. The room booked was Sea View, but got a city view 😢😢 (not according to what was booked) then check out was not at 12.00 PM but at 11.00 AM late check out was charged 50RM. So, be careful if you want to book the apart, especially if you come at night, it will be difficult to find information about the apart.
