If not for the friendly & accommodating staff, this place will not get any ratings

Everything about the hotel is okay until my checkout date. I’m not sure if this hotel fall or not but the arrangement of the boat to the land was so terrible. Hotel arranged the SMALL boat to pick us up and the weather was so bad , there was a rain all the way to the land and it forced driver to speed up the boat. It was really hurt when we met with the big wave and I fee like being in the roller coaster. Can you imagine that? And this is my first time going to this island. I was worried about our safety and yes we were getting WET, our stuff and bags were wet. I don’t know who should I blame to so I went to the the counter that selling the ticket once arrived at the land, the lady so very rude to us, she didn’t care and just said that “ I told you already not to take the boat in the evening “ Well, was that our fail ? I understand that arranging the small boat with the small group will save the cost a lot but please take care guest’s safely too ! and during the ride, we didn’t have any thing to cover us ! I’m so upset and our lower body are pain now. Please do something Thank you.

Best place on this island, direct at the best spot on that island. The employees are really friendly, it was a pleasure to stay there.

The location is great. The overall condition of the property is a bit run down, but everything's still fine & in order. Overall cleanliness is good, but I feel the toilet could be cleaner. Our budget room came with buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner which was mostly good. I strongly feel that they should clean up behind their property. The trail to the other beach that starts at the back of the resort is full of their unused or possibly even stuff for replacements; perfect breeding grounds for mosquitoes.

Great location... rooms need some upgrading. But overall it was worth it.

The people who ran the place (the staffs) are friendly and most are helpful. The room is kind of aged, and the meals, however, was disappointing. They need improvement on the meals, they are very bland and mundane to have the similar dish daily, it feels cheapskate and akin to meals in penitentiary (like those you seen on TV), e.g. their pasta sauce is just plain tomato sauce with bits of tomatoes, no mince meat or whatsoever. The only better meal you could have was their Saturday night BBQ dinner. You guys have so much to offer, but really need to buck up and improve. Also bits of rubbish are everywhere, do dedicate someone to clean up the beach and resort areas daily, and also educate visitors on the environmental impact.

Location is great! But maintenance is not! Lack of service

What a great place to escape. Nice clean accommodations and lovely staff enhance this beach get away and lagoon beyond. The food was good and bar nicely situated to enjoy the sunset with a cold beverage. Wonderful place to have a low key family get away, even with teenagers. Oh, and the snorkeling and beach are fantastic no matter high or low tide. A place to not miss is you want a great stay away from it all.

air con remote not working, kettle not working, bulb gone, a swarm of ants in bathroom... and then RATS in the villa, bitten by fleas... they moved us straight away, but no apology... new room... leaking roof in the bathroom... hot water took AGES to come through... phew! the staff are friendly and they do try... the place is great with excellent snorkelling around the island... but the rats and fleas really sucked. the place needs new management.

We stayed in the budget accommodation which was clean and adequate. The facilities are very basic and dated, but the surroundings are picturesque. The beach was clean, but needs clearance of dead coral, to make going into the sea more inviting. The staff's services are second to none and they made the stay most enjoyable. Food is catered mainly for locals, with plenty of spicy dishes, meal in meal out. However, this is compensated by its Ala cart menu, simple but not expensive. Overall its a lovely place to completely relax, on the negative side the wifi is very hit & miss, with more misses than hits.

This hotel is so run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. Do not book the budget rooms! Reception staff were poor and said they could not upgrade us, despite offering to pay! On the positive side, hotel is in a good location and restaurant & bar staff were excellent!

(Séjour dans une villa jardin) Notre séjour à l'hôtel Sari Pacifica s'est très bien passé. Bien que je ne qualifierai pas cet hôtel de "resort", la chambre était agréable (mobilier un peu trop imposant) avec une salle de bain très grande et lit double très confortable. La clim marchait bien également, contrairement à la wifi qui, bien que gratuite, ne marchait absolument pas (à n'importe quelle heure de la journée). Le personnel était serviable, agréable et souriant. En revanche, je ne recommande pas les chambres "budget". Nous avons eu l'occasion d'en visiter une et la qualité globale de la chambre n'a rien à voir avec les villas. En ce qui concerne l'environnement de l'hôtel, la plage est magnifique, vaste et propre avec beaucoup de transats.

What to say about a hotel that has rats? Yes, I a not kidding. Rats anywhere during the whole night. I could not sleep during the 4 nights I stayed there because I heard the rats walking through the roof. Some of them even invaded my room and my friend's room. Nice and helpful friendly staff but how can they fight against rats??? I hope I will never come back.

Beautiful location but resort showing its age, the basic rooms are in bad shape and are in need of some refurbishment. The staff were helpful but can only do so much with the resort in need of a serious update.

Hotel is a bit tired but clean. Service was excellent, they catered to our requests and also assisted us with down wifi connections. Food was adequate and could do with a varied menu day to day

front desk almost gave my US passport to someone else with blond hair. restaurant service was not good, too many flies, and no glasses or fruit left after Chinese tours sat down. I had to get my own water 3 times. bug bites in the bed. power outage every day between 4-6pm, no hot water or A/C.

A quite place,close to nature,having a beautiful view, a great sunset spot.
