datang ke penang untuk berobat dan check up ke island hospital untuk pertama kali dan hotel ini cocok sekali untuk ditempati karena bener bener dekat dengan rs! tinggal menyebrang dan sampai. walaupun minusnya tidak ada supermarket disekitaran hotel tapi reception menjual bbrp hal esensial seperti air minum dan cemilan. kamarnya juga luas dan langsung menghadap kearah jalan raya. so far sangat puas menginap disini

Every time I go to Penang, I always stay at this hotel because the service is good and friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are spacious, you can refill drinking water and it's just across the street to Island Hospital.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Penang because it's just across the street to Island Hospital. Thank you to the female receptionist because I was allowed to check in at 12 because according to hotel regulations the check-in time is 15.00. I was with my grandson who uses a wheelchair so we could rest after the flight from Jakarta. King size bed, 2-door refrigerator, smart TV so we can watch YouTube, spacious room and cold AC, big and clean bathroom. Very satisfied in this hotel, oh yes ask for + pillows and they will give you. Very high stars for the service.

Good location near Island Hospital just 5 min walk away. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi connection worked properly. Room size is very large and fit for 3 guests but no slippers provided in the room.

This was my first experience staying in this room, and unfortunately it was quite disappointing. The bed sheet had many visible stains, which made the room feel less clean and uncomfortable. The towels provided were worn out and did not look fresh at all. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, resulting in poor air circulation and an unpleasant smell. I also did not receive any room slippers, which is a basic amenity I expected to be provided. I hope the hotel can improve its cleanliness standards and room facilities for future guests.

The service apartment is really near the Island Hospital. Good consideration if you want to spend 2-3 days to do the consultation or medical check-up. Location is one of the main benefits.

We booked a triple room but it was fully booked, so we were upgraded to a quad room free of charge. The room was okay, and it was close to Island and Northern Hospital. Two negatives: the pillows were too high for me, and the shower drain wasn't working properly.

The facilities and everything else are fine, close to everything, and close to Island Hospital and Glenagles Hospital. However, the receptionist's attitude is rude, and she curses at guests. Please improve this and provide proper training as a receptionist.

The service for the room was lacking, we were asked to clean the room the next day..we were told to clean it ourselves. The water heater was dead so we were cold because we usually shower with warm water..the pillowcases smelled and the towels were yellow. For me, it was lacking but the reception was good..
