This hotel is very nice! All of its aspect were very marvellous. First, its service was exceptional (meet my expectation as Sheraton is a five star hotel). Second, the location is very great. It's very close to the Monorail Station and there's a shopping mall on the other side. Great job Sheraton!

Where to start!! Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur has been my second home every time I'm visiting Kuala Lumpur. This year is my 5th visit to Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. My visit lasted 3 weeks to a month/per visit. Make it special this year is The Chinese Lunar New year with all Chinese New Year decorations and Lion Dance performance. Let's start of an Excellent hospitality provided by the ladies and gentleman from Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur that kept me coming back over and over again! From the moment you step on the entrance carpet, the warm greeting and warm welcome given from all the Door man/Bellhop with a smile. This trip I managed to experience all facilities in the hotel. My room reservation is on the club level. The ladies and gentleman at the club always professional and friendly. To: Sha and Chung: Exe Club Lounge Essence( the cafe ) I had breakfast there almost everyday. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can't remember her name, she is the chef at the Soup and Tim Sum Station. She so friend and patient even i saw some customer giving her hard time just because she don't understand what the guest need. 5 stars to ms.mek Bell, mr mokthar. Spa, ms shah. Bartender, mr vino. Concierge, mr Logan and mr anuar,deen Housekeeping, ms zainadah Hotel manager, mr afendy. Japanese restaurant, mr faizal. Will be back soon!!

Firstly I honestly loved to stay at this hotel because of high rise room and smoking indoor of the room. So i booked this hotel again after few month later, i required the receptionist that i wanted a smoking room via online but they didnt inform us that the policy and regulation has implemented that smoklng is not allowed in all the room after only checking in. If i had known about that new policy, i would not booked this hotel. And the service seems not good is that compared to my last stay especially those receptionist/counters who are unfriendly and no one was there at night sometimes and even we called the receptionist but no one answered... Wondering what were the receptionists doing at the wee hours??? Lastly, these essential toilet never top up after day by day and we asked them to top up like shampoo, shaver since 4 days, so frustrating... We would not book this hotel again in future. Best to you
