The best: 1. Receptionist is very friendly 2. Room is nice and new - even the fridge never been used 3. Big lobby and lots of chairs. 4. Near to putrajaya and IOI 5. Wifi is OK The not so good: 1. hotel is good, easy check in & check out early in the morning. but lighting in the room seems like not enough.. iron & iron board is sharing at hallway, and a bit old & heavily used already. no tv remote in the room. but not really wanna use it, so did not request to the hotel.

Book and paid for family room, but they gave all family room to people who checked in earlier. So they gave me two separate rooms which is not connected at different floor, and one of the room with no towels, no pillow cover, with exposed ceiling. Just terrible. Wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Staf bagus, lokasi bagus, tapi hotel buruk. Toilet teruk. Lampu toilet tak menyala. SHower patah & rosak. Syampu pun tak bagi. Towel nipis macam kain pelikat je. TV ada 2-3 channel je, TV3 pun tak de. Harga tak berbaloi langsung dengan keadaan dan experience dalam hotel ni. Pikir 10 kali la sebelum masuk hotel ni.

Cleaning the room every 2 day. What a surprise. The towel can't absorb the water. Not clean at all. Bathroom door can't be locked, its broken. The engineer man so stingky, I just can't breathe after he repair the lock key.

We arrived for check in late at night, the female staff was not friendly and not helpful. We asked wether we can park our car infront of the hotel, the staff speaking tone was not friendly at all. And then, when we want to enter the lift, we brought many things and 2 kids, but the staff just looking at us and passby without any gesture wanna try to help press the lift button or anything. Will not come again because of the customer service. The water heater not functioning at all.

I hope the rating is 3 stars, the price is not a joke RM 144, but the quality is lower than the hotel price RM 50, I hope the management quickly do something before packing. Sincerely from the heart of the traveler. 1 star for me bro.
