Though the location of the boutique hotel is considered strategic, the cleanliness of the room is expected to be improved because there are spider webs, dust, little cockroaches, etc. Bottle waters were requested daily and were not replenished as per the reservation requirement. No lift access, no telephone in the room, and no laundry service is provided.

We don't get bath towel when we arrived. Must ask 3 times to the receptionist first. Room was too small and dirty, power outlet is loosen from the wall. The receptionist was so slow. Good points: nearby to delicious and affordable restaurants, and nearby to MRT station.

Rooms like not cleaned because there are a lot of short hair on the pillow, towels must be asked first and given. There is no elevator, so carry things up and down very high. There is no soap, brush and others. With the same price in another hotel better choose another hotel.

this is the 4th stay of mine and I'm happy with the previous stays, but now the hotel seems like lake of maintenance, many wall cracks in the room and dysfunctional lights at the corridors. need to improve on the maintenance.
