They staff is incredible, they are polite and friendly full of smile. My mum receive a good surprises. Will be back again. The room is clean, smell good and tidy

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures, comfy and super clean. Breakfast was delicious & so many choices of food. Easy access to midvalley mall & Surely will stay again. Thank you St. Giles Boulevard. ❤.

Hotel is attached to the mall, so just go down whenever you feel like it. Comfy bed with plenty of movies to choose from. Restroom is clean and basic toiletries are provided. Breakfast buffet was nice with ample choices from local fare to Chinese and Indian food. Definitely will come back again soon!

Have a very bad experience during the check in which the door cannot be opened due to the battery or some other reason, we need to go up and down for few time to complain as we cannot open the door. We asked for a new room but they refused to do so but insisted to repair it as due to the end and waited so long time but still cannot solved it, at last they changed a new room for us.

We booked the stay via app in 2 separate booking numbers. When checked in the hotel on 1st stay, the receptionist seems very new. He cannot find our 2nd day booking in the system. After checked in and want to take bath at night 10.30pm, we realised there is no hot water in bathroom> <. In the end we give up and only can take bath using cold water at midnight!
