2x stayed here.. the first time stayed +- last year was very pleasant.. the room and toilet were clean everywhere was close. only the room was a bit dim because the lights were not that bright.. the second time staying here yesterday was less pleasant. when I checked in at 11 am wanted to take a shower in the room there were no towels and doormats,, hand soap was also not there. had to chat before being delivered and even then it took a while. the room was still the same, the lights were not that bright. paper and pen to write notes were not there

The room is spacious and clean, with a modern style. It met my expectations, even better. Easy access to food stalls. It's just that it's very crowded outside, but we didn't mind because the rest here was very comfortable 👍 Next time we'll stay here again if we go to KL 👍

Overall, it was quite nice and comfortable to stay at this hotel, the staff was friendly, the room was large, the bed sheet and cleaning service were done every day. Suggestion: A central AC remote for adjusting the temperature should be set and easy to operate so that it doesn't get too cold to 19° (AC capacity is equivalent to 2 PK * very cold). Hopefully the next order will be more satisfying, good luck Starus👍

I've stayed at this hotel many times, since it was called Stay With Bintang. I like its strategic location, close to the culinary and nightlife scene in Bukit Bintang. However, this time, I found the room to be less than clean, with lots of dust and insects visible.

(+) This is my second time choosing this hotel. The staff is good and helpful location near alor street and Bukit Bintang crossing road. The room was neat and clean, they also have swimming pool that has a good scenery. i enjoy staying in this hotel. (-) The room light was a little dark for me, even u have turned all of the light.
