Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

Good reception and lobby design, strategic location, very near to the airport. Cons: Room is rather old and need some maintenance. There 's a missing tile and cracked closed in the bathroom. Water comes out from the vinly when I stepped on the vinyl floor in front of the bathroom. Overall: If you just need a good night sleep and strategic location, this is the place.

For a short business trip? Love it! Strategic location and near halal food court and mosque within walking distance. The room was superb, clean and upgraded only via Traveloka loyalty customer. So much love on this hotel and thank you the supervisor Ms. Jennie and team who ensure everything is in order. Can't wait to try next Super 8 @ Georgetown and wait new hotel in Alor Setar oso! This accommodation is suitable for those of you who don't want to rush to catch a flight the next morning but also still want to stay comfortably and enjoy. Comfortable room, friendly staff, best location. There is a food court with lots of halal food right in front of the hotel. When you need a money changer in the sunshine shopping center close to the inn, you can walk. Can still feel the atmosphere of a beautiful and crowded city at night. Fix I will stay again at this hotel.

There were mosquitoes in the room, the bedsheet was yellowish with some unpleasant smell, the blanket make my skin feel itchy. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Will not visit again. My last time.
