General Check-in Instructions
1. Effective from 1 April 2012, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory RM2.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. 2. With effect from 01st September 2017 onwards, All hotels in Malaysia are required to charge a Tourism Tax (TTx) @ RM 10.00 nett per room per night in addition to the above rates quoted. The said tax is exempted for Malaysian nationals and permanent residents with a MyPR card which needs to be produced upon check in for verification purposes. This is in accordance with the new law gazetted by the Ministry of Finance and Royal Malaysian Customs Department and the amount will be reflected in the proforma or tax invoices accordingly. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival. 3. Hotel will collect MYR2 heritage tax and 6% SST directly from guest upon check-in.

The room is spacious , air con is strong enough and comfortable. The disadvantage of this hotel is the room facing the front door of hotel is disturb by the noisy sound of the midnight car / motorcycle racing. You are unable to sleep or Wii be wake up by the noisy sound, this is terrible, end up you can't have a good rest.

Close to many attractions in Melaka, Jonker is very near so as malls and many restaurants. Although located near such places the hotel itself is nicely tucked away from the noisy traffic so we had a good rest.
