Very dissatisfied. Dirty room condition, not according to the photo. Bad service. Not willing to stay again.

It was very deceiving pictures uploaded. Walk in price is much cheaper than booking in app. But still, not worth it at all. Super dirty toilet, stained bedsheet and tored towel. Tiny room.

One of the cheaper hotel. That and the only other selling point is proximity to City Square. But cleanliness is terrible, dirt on walls, dirty towels and bed covers. Can be noisy. General maintenance is non existent. Very noisy ceiling fan but air con is good and shower has good pressure. If they would just spend more attention on washing towels etc, and cleaning the walls and floor of the rooms.

The receptionist was cynical towards tourists, the room smelled, was dirty, had lots of cockroaches, the area under the mattress was very dirty, strewn about, and had never been cleaned.

Good location for City Square. Rooms are small but OK for one night stay. Aircon, hot water. Towels had stains, bed smelt a little but comfortable. No sign on any bugs.
