Units is different with in the list. They will give you a reason "all unit is full, so we will give you with another one"

My first time experienced no reception counter. At first a little bit confusing but the management PIC explain well and send the instruction on how to get the key room. Located near to mall so just take a walk to have meal. Very convenience.

The unit was totally different from the photos advertised. Perhaps host has few units but must state precisely hence no misunderstanding upon booking. Broken sofa bed highly need to be replaced.

The room left and was not ready at all but we allow to check in. Why not check and clean the room first then only let the customer to check in. This is all basic. Really dissatisfied and disappointed.
