As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions
A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is imposed by Malaysian government on mandatory basis. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

The staffs were friendly. The toilet bowl flush was not satisfactory bcos when flush, so little water n literally need to manually pour water to clean the bowl. The feed back I got from the maintenance personal was the bowl is an old one.
The Aircon was very noisy.
If you can rectify this problems, the stay would have been a better one. Thanks

Room is ok for a night stay. For those without transportation, it is not recommended as the location is a bit far from places of attraction. the hotel does not have parking lot on its own, but they have a security guard to look out for your vehicle. The towel seems a bit unwashed, but it's fine for us.

Strategic location. Close to Sunway Carnival Mall and many restaurants around the hotel. Butterworth is only 10 min drive away.

All was good except the cleanliness of bathroom and can hear sounds from beside room especially their wake up alarm annoying if they snooze it few times😪. Short hair is everywhere inside the bath tub. Housekeeping should be more concern on that.

There are several times the experience that provide old towel and feel quite dirty The hotel's small refrigerator has not been used, is broken or not cold. Sound insulation is poor, because you can hear the sound in next room, it is disturbing to rest
