The hotel is very full of dust, dirty AC, the room smells musty, damp, dirty bed I can't sleep. And the response is not fast by the unit owner. For the unit owner, please clean the room, this is not worth the price of 500 thousand rupiah. Very bad! Not according to the picture!

Iron is broken. Iron board is very old and broken. All the room furniture seems old and looks dirty. Bedsheet looks old. Even the card holder is in bad condition. TV is an old small TV, not a smart TV.

The second day, I ordered the wrong date. Immediately confirmed, asked for a change, landmark refused. My money was lost. Traveloka also couldn't help, even though I always used the app during my week away. 😏

Review of The Landmark Apartment, Penang. 1. The location is quite far from the airport, especially if the plane is usually from Jakarta in the afternoon and on weekdays, the traffic is usually quite congested. The second option is to take the bus (Rapid Penang 102) you will get off first at Komtar and can be continued by bus 101 towards Tanjung Tokong. Prepare the exact amount of RM3.2. We happened to get on the 7th floor, facing the swimming pool, the view is nice, towards the sea and hills. 3. The room happened to be upgraded because we rented it for more than 10 nights. Very spacious, when you enter on the left there is a kitchen with complete cooking utensils, stove, microwave and also a refrigerator + dishwashing soap, but there is no hand soap and cloth, so we bring our own. Then for the dining table is quite spacious and also a living room with a sofa (although it smells a bit) and also a TV complete with a cast device to be able to connect to Netflix / YouTube, oh yes the internet is also very good and smooth. For the bed there are 2, 1 queen and single + 3 pillows, it is a bit hard and the mattress is not okay, but it can still be handled. For the wardrobe there is also an iron and hair dryer. For washing clothes there is also a machine, but you can bring your own soap or buy it. The bathroom is also okay, quite spacious and there is a water heater + soap only, the rest must be brought by yourself. The balcony can also be used to dry clothes and dry the body. 4. For a deposit of RM200, for a tourism fee of RM10 / night paid in advance before entering the unit, if it's already night, don't worry, you can still go tomorrow morning. Keys and others are prepared in the lobby locker. Incidentally, the lobby is not okay, there is only 1 security guard and no seating.

1) Check in memang diinfokan jam 4PM namun karena saya mendarat jam 1PM, saya konfirmasi ke WhatsApp apakah boleh datang untuk early check-in dan dibalas admin WhataApp bahwa "disilahkan”. Sayangnya ketika sudah sampai, tidak diizinkan. Alhasil saya harus kembali ke Pusat Kota menunggu boleh check-in. Agar travelers tidak mondar-mandir ya harusnya dari awal disampaikan saja tidak bisa. Jadinya travelers tidak bolak-balik. 2) Front officer tidak attentive, sudah disampaikan bahwa saya juga akan early check out pukul 7 pagi. Officer menjanjikan akan meletakkan uang deposit saya “200MYR” di mailbox. Paginya ternyata tidak ada di mailbox; Ketika di konfirmasi kantornya kosong dan akan buka lagi pukul 9 pagi sedangkan saya harus mengejar transportasi umum. 3) Saya mengalami exchnage loss karne kegiatan ini. Worse experience in Penang ever.
