I liked the fact that resort is fairly small, so it was perfect place for peaceful holiday, which we needed so badly. Also, it is conveniently located within a short speed boat ride from the international airport. The staff was very kind and friendly. I wish that we had more time to stay, but might return in mear future.

Everything was wonderful. However, their reservation team were not as good as the hotel management. We messaged them our arrival time three times, but they were late almost 2 hours to pick us up from the airport.

Aslam our waiter was great and he made my birthday trip great. The excursions were fun and relaxing. Love the spa. All of the staff were super nice and friendly. Can't wait to book another trip.

Perfect place to disconnect from the world for a few days. This is my second time at this resort and was able to grab one of the last available rooms for my stay, I was initially disappointed I couldn’t snag a water villa but was pleasantly surprised with the beachside room. The only downside is the AC unit is too small for the room size but it was very hot during our stay (close the bathroom window and door to bathroom to maximize output). The mattress is on the firmer side but that’s my personal preference.
The island itself is gorgeous and invites relaxation with the soft ocean breezes. The white sand beach is picture perfect with clear water. There was plenty of room to spread out to have your piece of paradise. I cannot get over how beautiful and serene the beach is. It was amazing to see various wild sea life up close.
The staff is what takes the resort to next level. Everyone greets and smiles at you, they make sure you have everything you need. You are assigned the same waiter and table at the restaurant which is a nice touch as they learn and cater to your preferences.
I will return in the future.

Visited the resort for our honeymoon and were blown away! The Location and ambience are perfect! Staff service is excellent! There was a wide variety of food to choose from. Our only complaint was that the bed/ pillows were not comfy and toiletries could have been better.

I have tried for both beach villa & water villa. The good thing is the beach villa overall space is big enough than water villa, the glass coffee table of water villa is fantastic that we can see through the fishes swim underneath. The bad things are for both villas the floor were sticky when we first stepped into the room, the toilets should attached a outfall at the bathtub area so when the water on the floor able to drain out. Besides the toilet bowl area should attached a flush pipe because we found out some dirty stain stick onto the toilet bowl. The service wasn’t good in certain, when we made a call to repair toilet light, there was no one showing up to help us although they have decided to send over a person to help us out. When we switched villa the baggage man isn’t show us the good looking too, the face was like unhappy. The AC in water villa even not working good at real because it wasn’t cold at all. The design for the main door of water villa should be improved because we dropped our key into the water under the door when we want to open the door using the key.

This resort is visually stunning! The water is clear and blue and they have a beautiful beach. You can walk the whole island in 20-30 mins.
We enjoyed the food. There’s a variety of dishes and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The receptionists however doesn't come across as very friendly and would talk among themselves while you ask them something.
Overall a nice experience tho.

View from water bungalow was unreal especially from balcony. Lagoon, clear water, reef, coral and beautiful water creatures were a thing of beauty. Snorkeling, diving and canoeing are activities very pleasurable and everyone should tryout. Food were good if you love meat rather than sea food. Hotel staff don’t speak much but speak to the point. Overall great experience for me as a water boy...

What a wonderful experience at Thulhagiri island resort, stayed in a beach cottage for 15 days & could not fault anything. Exceptional beauty, clean beaches, pristine clear oceans, white sandy beaches, lots of greenery, lovebirds all over the trees...not to mention the excellent food buffets each day & the super friendly staff. Specially recommend the reservation staff, restaurant waiters & bar staff....they were all so friendly, cooperative & kind.Speed boat transfers were super efficient & timely as well. Well done team Thulhagiri!! Hope to return next year.

The location is amazing and as described on hotels.com. However it is old, at last twenty over years and not really renovated. The condition of the bathroom was quite unaccaeptable for a usd640 price tag. One had to hold at least 20 seconds for the flush, the shower heads were also of poor condition same goes with the drainage of the shower.
The hotel staff at the reception were not friendly and not what I expect of a 4/5 star.
Location however was amazing.
Coconut spa (a 3rd party vendor) had great service and packages. Diving (third Part vendor) had also amazing service.

The hotel was not clean and the furnishings were very classical. The staffs were also unfriendly, and the Maldives Resort is among the cheapest. The underwater environment was amazing But resort staff is very rude.
