Hotel Kennedy Nova

Overall a good experience and so much credit must go to the gentleman managing the bar when a group of Turkish teens decided to do bombing in the pool when a lady and her young son were enjoying some peace and time together ( they left very upset ) but the manager of the bar dealt with them quick - also dealt with the youths playing football in the hall very quick . It’s hard to deal with these type of people and they can book anywhere but respect to them all for dealing with them very quick . The bed in 208 is extremely noisy ! Soundproofing on the toilet would be a bonus !. Breakfast was good but sadly the people around me were not - lady telling people loudly about her dogs access popping while I’m eating was not nice and I never went back as I would have gave her a mouth full of abuse - ( vile woman) No complaints about the Hotel , very clean very good to everything . I nearly cancelled due to reading the reviews - but glad I did not - very happy with my stay and the way they deal very prompt with scumbags ! . Cleaners are SUPERB , can’t fault any of the staff at all . Go ahead and book with confidence . I will book again next year - rooftop bar is great with small bats flying around the front of the hotel and everywhere in Malta ( I’m a bat lover ) very friendly bar manager from Nepal made me feel very welcome . IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS ITS GREAT

Hotel staff polite, supportive and courteous. I arrived at the hotel a day late due to unforeseen difficulties, the arrival was at 1am. I had previously sent a email relating to the delay. The staff reception officer was very helpful and when l explained the delayed arrival he was extremely professional ensuring a room was available with suitable amenities. The air conditioning was effective, particularly during the hot nights. Would definitely return and spend few days break at the accommodation and recommend to family and friends.

I dont know how this hotel got a 4 star rating , we stayed in a superior room , was basic , only had a window and the view was other windows covered in bird 💩 , had to pay 5 euros for a kettle, breakfast was basic and cold , and you couldn't take it your self , pool was small , no entertainment .

Do not stay here until they refurbish the 1980's hotel. Very noisy and old tired funishings

The location is excellent. It is clean and the staff are very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again.

The main reason to choose hotel pool with bar and snacks.When I booked they were said to be open. They were not open and therefore I feel we should get some sort of compensation. Ovreall then disappointed

Bad furniture, ugly rooms, old beds, but clean, as clean something very old and broken can be. Anyway, room service daily and pleasant stuff. Also, good location, but too expensive for the service in general.

Great view if you get seafront room. Pool and rooftop area was out of action , not stated when I made the booking so disappointed on that. Cooked breakfasts good. Rooms tired decor, damaged floor and wall tiles, sink. Fire alarm went off two nights in row around 2am, earlier alarm call than I’m used to.

The room was dated, however clean...nice view overlooking the sea...nosey at night. Breakfast was dreadful...no choice and had to wait to be served...cold!! This is the 16th time we have been to Malta..last minute booking so our normal hotel was booked up...will not stay here again, not the 4 star quality we are used to 😏

A/C system functioning poorly, the ceiling fan defective,warm water not enough for all rooms, elevator out of order on one day

In the bathroom the flush gets stuck every time. The air conditioning is loud and you can't sleep and it's dirty, you can see it with the naked eye. Hair dryer broken (despite reporting, nothing happened ). The general condition of the room and hotel very poor and not encouraging. The breakfast is not good and not even filling because the woman behind the glass puts it on the plate and if you want more she looks at you frowningly/ almost angry - despite all you can eat breakfast. The only advantage is the view from the 7th floor and the location

Honestly, just avoid. There are better hotels for the same price in the same area.

Well located hotel right on the seafront. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good points: location, attentive employees, part brand new building ( my room with new bathroom). Bad points: Booked the hotel with pool and roof top bar, both were closed everyday. Very limited facilities- the reception in the photo does not exist and there is not even one sofa or armchair there to use, but only a few chair. Breakfast very very basic, limited and exactly the same everyday.

Staff were great. Bed was not changed once in whole stay. Advertised with pool but pool and terrace was closed whole stay so had to pay 20 euro each to go on pool opposite until Wednesday then went up to 35 euro each as summer started, not good to have to pay extra when advertised with pool and terrace
