Amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff are all superb - so helpful and attentive and also really friendly. We had a room with a hot tub on the terrace and didn’t want to leave it. You have to though. So many great places to explore with Melliha well located to explore the north of the island. The indoor pool with steam room is the icing on the cake (we didn’t even get round to the rooftop pool - will have to go back!).

The best hotel stay I’ve ever had! Where to begin with this incredible hotel! I’ve been fortunate to stay in many hotels across the world and Lure is one of the best I have stayed in. Their level of service and attention to detail is second to none! From welcoming us with a generous welcome drink to keeping our room sparkling clean! I would especially like to thank the team for accommodating a special engagement dinner for my fiancé and I! They’ve been brilliant from the moment I booked! Thank you to Garrett, Rabi, Zara and Anina and the whole team for making this a very special stay for us! I’d recommend a hot tub room as was amazing to sit in there and look out at the gorgeous church by the hotel! Would highly recommend to anyone

Everything about this place was top shelf, the welcome, the food, the facilities, premium everything. Well within reach of the best beaches, Michelin star dining on your door step and close to walls and shops, thank you.

Superbe hotel. Magnifique chambre avec vue sur la place principale avec l'eglise. Petit déjeuner délicieux comme au restaurant. Le seul bémol: il manque un peu d'espace confortable dans les parties communes quand on a libéré la chambre et que l'on a quelques heures avant le départ. L'espace autour de la piscine est très prisé (5 places). Peut-être ajouter des parasols côté bar pour profiter de ce côté du rooftop en journée?

Garret and his team made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Everyone is treated as a VIP. Garret has extensive knowledge of places of interest to visit which made my plans much easier. I had one of the suites on the 2nd floor with a hot tub which was simply amazing. The entire hotel is incredibly clean, and nothing was at fault. I am already missing my breakfast which was a highlight. Thank you Garret & team.

While the rooms are lovely and ultra modern, the facilities were all unusable and the staff looked tired and were poorly trained in customer service. There was a huge black cockroach in the indoor pool, probably given it is next to the kitchens. It's so dark it's hard to see any cockroaches until they are right under your chin which is scary. When I reported this to staff, there was no apology, let alone compensation, said I was asked only why I hadn't reported it earlier in the day. The rooftop pool was freezing cold and unusable. The jacuzzi on the balcony was overlooked by a man from next door who kept taking photos of us. The bath was unusable as the plug didn't work. Every time we used the shower, it flooded the bathroom, toilet and hallway and we used all our towels each day trying to stop the flood. Bit of a miserable stay really. I won't be back.

A very refreshing contemporary adult hotel that offers top tier hospitality and service. Dining at the hotel is excellent and the food service is professional and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast every morning is outstanding and very generous. The room is very open, clean and comfortable. The bedding was top quality. A quaint rooftop infinity pool was available for a quick cool down or some sunning and relaxing, it's situated right next to the rooftop lounge which also offers magnificent views of Melleiha and surrounding areas of Malta.

We were in Malta in April, around Easter, and had the opportunity to stay in this amazing hotel. The hotel is new, with sleek and beautiful finishes everywhere. We stayed in the exclusive double room, which had a patio with a jacuzzi, and a view of the nearby church. It was all just so beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and unique. Each table receives a 3-tier platter of cheese, fruit, ham (or in oir case salmon), as well as a menu from which to order omelets or a variety of delicious options. We tried a few different options while we were there, and enjoyed everything. There is also a restaurant where you can have dinner, and we ate there one night. We had a lovely meal. Finally, as other reviewers have noted, enough cannot be said about Garrett and the amazing staff at the Lure hotel. From greeting us with a friendly smile and a drink when we checked in very late, well past midnight, to everyday friendly and helpful interactions, with lots of tips about enjoying our time in Malta, they were always ready to help. We would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

High quality accommodation and facilities

Wow! What a fantastic boutique hotel with only 12 rooms, so you don't have to share this place with too many people. If you can, splurge on the Master Suite on the top floor with it's own secluded sundeck with private jacuzzi with a great view. Garrett is the ultimate host, always present, friendly and willing to assist. The indoor pool and steam room are stunning and intimate. Beyond the property, the breakfast is excellent, first class and beautifully presented. Dinner at Core is equally impressive. Wishing Garrett and the team much success on this outstanding 5 star hotel.

Amazing boutique hotel, stunning interiors. Room was the nicest we have ever been in. Location and view was fabulous! Indoor pool is simply stunning. Staff were excellent. Loved the mod cons and shower was outstanding. Highly recommend. Anything i would suggest: more recycling in the rooms and some calm music in the pool areas. The new additional pool bar to come will be great as felt roof top pool lacked a little atmosphere. Would be back in a heart beat. Special thanks to the staff!!!

My wife and I have stayed at many many hotels all across the world and this is easily in the top 5 best ever! I can’t imagine a more perfect hotel for our 4 day vacation in Malta. The location was very beautiful, peaceful, yet not at all secluded, and close to many restaurants/shops and the ferry to Gozo and Comino. Easy and free parking for our rental car. Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely pleasant and very helpful, giving us advice on what to do that day when we asked. Our room was clean, large and beautifully decorated. Great bed, tv, amazing shower. Breakfast was the highlight of every morning for us as the food was delicious and came in huge portions. The hotel restaurant for dinner was also spectacular and the best meal we had in Malta. I can’t say enough about this hotel. 100% recommend you book this place!

I had a wonderful stay at the Lure Hotel for a week in October. All the staff are lovely - nothing is too much trouble. A particular thank you to Garrett who gave us some great tips on things to do in the area. The breakfast is amazing - great continental and choice of cooked. The rooms are lovely, spacious and very clean. The bed is super comfortable. We had a balcony room overlooking a quiet side street. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance of several restaurants. I also made use of the lovely indoor pool. It was great to have the choice of indoor and outdoor pools. I highly recommend this hotel.

Classy new hotel with friendly, helpful staff. State of the art luxury design with a superb relaxing spa and large rooms - some with terraces. We really enjoyed the hot tub on our terrace, overlooking the church and found the complimentary prosecco an added bonus but the terrace was in the shade for most of the day so not as usable as we had hoped. Rooftop pool is compact and also quite shady in the afternoon with just 5 sunbeds but this is to be expected in a small boutique hotel Some teething problems (water leaking into the room from the balcony in heavy rain, gap between shower door making it easy to flood bathroom if not careful, bulb missing in room hallway etc) but manager is passionate and will undoubtedly resolve this over time Food & service in restaurant is excellent, the continental spread for breakfast very generous if a little monotonous Overall a great find and highly recommended only somewhat marred by the sound of banging doors from the other rooms being extremely loud due to the marble floors and the doors still being new and stiff
