What a pleasant surprise our stay here was. Beautiful rooms, attentive team, well located. Everything surpassed expectations. A stones throw from the beach - right on your doorstep. Great breakfast. If I could give it more than five stars I would. Loved it and look forward to returning soon.

Huge room with Balcony, comfortable bed. hearty breakfast. Parking across the road . quite a few places to eat closeby. Overall recommend this place.

We didn't like the place we cancel. We book bed and break first while there is no restraurent, no Wifi in rooms. You lied to us the information you put on your website. We will not us your website anymore

Stay was great!

This location is hard to get a hold of during operating hours, so if you need to talk to the property, you might not be able to get a hold of them. I booked this property for my in-laws to avoid them from driving back home after our wedding. Since we were running behind schedule, we called the property to advise them that we might be missing check-in time but were unsuccessful in getting a hold of anyone. We called multiple times, but the phone was never answered. When I took my parents-in-law to check in, it was already after hours, and no one was at the front desk even though there was access to the front desk. I understand that there is a check-in time period, but life happens, and sometimes you are not able to make it. If they had at least answered the phone, we would have discussed options, or I could have arranged different hotel accommodations.

Very friendly staff, very large apartments but slightly outdated. Clean, nice location.

I was in town for business and stayed the weekend for fun. Very accessible to the public beach, but no-frills on the service. Decent value. No WiFi in the room which was the biggest let down.

I had a 3 night stay at Sea Villa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had almost all amenities. Bed linen was good but bath towels were clean but showed repeated use. The breakfast was a bit low on quality. However, the friendliness of staff made up for other short comings.

Superficially ok apart hotel. The staff was the worst I've ever encountered. Stayed there for 48 hours before having to leave. No fix for the safe, promises promises promises and action only when threatened to leave and still no fix. Lost 2 perfect days waiting for this. After asking for a refund the management outright lied that I had stolen the keys and left on my own. This was absolutely not the case. Stay away.

Good location but unfortunately poorly managed and maintained. Building has potential but needs work. Management did not seem concerned with informing guests that there would be no hot water for 3days, or that there would be maintenance on the roof for 2 days causing noise and throwing equipment off the 4th floor roof to smash on the ground below. We had 2 terraces to our apartment which became covered in broken glass and scrap metal. We asked the manager over 2 days to have it cleaned and it still hadn't been done by checkout. The only positive is the location, easy walk to the beach and up to the centre of town.

I almost stayed 10 days. Dirty: Hotel was not clean and the made didn't come everyday. Only after I strongly claimed they came and 10 min cleaning done. And lots of ents and bugs in the room. Maintenance: Especially after 7 PM hotel is not providing hot water. My family had to boil the water with hotpot and we took a shower little bit. Unkindness: Staffs was also too bad. They never try to allow any preference for guest. Especially in a night, nobody wasn't staying. Noisy: They never mind other guest's noisy and we were suffring until 2 pm. If you are looking for the hotel in same place, Flic en Flaq, you should take the other one for your happiness!!!!! I will never use it again.

Hotel was very spacious. Staff was great. Location was great too, everything within walking distance. I will say the staff was very accommodating and enjoyed their willingness to help us!!!

The room is no cooking facilities nor any utensils. You can get a kettle after asking several times. As breakfast are expensive at the hotel or outside, better to buy bread and cheese at the supermarkets which are cheap and good. You can buy disposable plates, cups and cutleries at the supermarket. If you like to explore the island, a good option will be to hire a car and GPS (or use Google map on your data plan). The roads are easy to drive. The beach at Flic-en-Flac and northern side of the island are great.

I booked this hotel because aside from the pictures it shows online, there is another section under room description that explains that the room has a bathroom. I like be taking my baths at night and this is a keep complement or shall we call it an influential factor that encouraged me to book this place. Upon check-in, I was disappointed to find out that my room had a shower rather than a bath tub. I complained with the receptionist who was unable to help. She clearly accepted that the fault was from their end but did not do anything. No apologies or anything! Very disappointed. When you book a place, you clearly expect them to sell you a place as per their description. I am clearly very unsatisfied with this place due to the reasons stated above.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a message early in the morning but finished after the breakfast but the staff kept some for me aside which does happen in large hotel where you are just a number. I will book again at this hotel whenever I travel to Mauritius. Also with the free wifi available I was able to do some work and also keep in touch with the family here in UK too.

I thought the location of this place was great. I didnt like the condition of the place as I had no hot water in my room and had to go shower elsewhere which was inconvenient. It is a very standard old place.
