DO NOT STAY HERE!!! there is a Milk distributor behind the Hotel that has semi truck back in and out, You will be hearing EXTREMELY LOUD beeping through out the night if you are placed on the North of the hotel. Even though I specified through EXPEDIA requests to stay away from noise, my REQUEST WAS NOT HONORED. also it smells very bad upon exiting the HOTEL- NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES!

Room was good, hotel smells like sewage due to a nearby water treatment plant, and I was woken up at 4 am with nonstop forklift operations next door and their reverse beeping alarm. The hotel has zero sound proofing. Would never stay here again.

I had no lights at the right side if the bed in 120 all week; I had to call for housekeeping services even though I did NOT have the DND sign on the door; the food tray which I left outside my door sat there on mumerous occasions for more than 12 hours; I had to ask food staff to ask housekeeping to make my room; one of the most embassing experiences was when I could not use my AmEx card or The best part of my day was in the a.m. when Christopher brought up my breakfast.

The hotel and service is great, but there were days that seemed like they were short staff, some days our bad was done late. They also ran out of supplies. Management really needs to pay attention to detail, I am a return customer but need improvements or I may start looking for other places. Also, they do not honor the prices for the restaurant, they will charge the full price and not the advertised price, they charged the same no matter the time we went for breakfast, they advertised a discounted price after 9:30 am and still charged us full price. So, please be aware of this. Staff are very friendly.
